48. Every insurer constituted under laws other than the laws of Québec that transacts insurance in Québec must send to the Autorité des marchés financiers, in addition to the annual statement required by sections 305 to 312 of the Act respecting insurance (chapter A-32), any annual or interim statements required to be filed with another authority in Canada.
